Ricardo Vieira

Founder, Director, and Solutions Architect - Dublin, Ireland

Ricardo is the Founder, Director, and Solutions Architect at Source Trade. With over 15 years of experience, he has carved out a niche in transforming sales operations and customer relationship management through innovative digital solutions.

Before founding Source Trade, Ricardo held sales, operations, and finance roles at companies like Barclays, Ace Insurance Group, Santander Totta, Altice, and El Corte Inglés, gaining deep expertise across industries such as TelCo, Insurance, Private Equity, Consulting, Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, and Supply Chain. Most recently, as a Global Sales Operations Manager, he led teams across three continents, optimizing processes and strategies for large corporate clients in North America and Europe.

Outside of work, Ricardo follows Formula 1, and is an avid reader. As a sports enthusiast, he enjoys challenging himself with CrossFit workouts like Murph, Helen, and the Hansen’s challenges in his free time.

Ricardo has a background in Finance and Accounting and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from IMF Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Talyta de Lima

Senior Salesforce Developer & Administrator – Lisbon, Portugal

Talyta brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and innovative solutions to Source Trade as our seasoned Salesforce Developer and Administrator. Raised in the United States and with a strong background as a Business Solutions Consultant, Talyta combines her experience in Salesforce administration and development to play a key role in helping our clients not only meet but exceed their business goals with tailored Salesforce solutions.

Her journey began with a passion for technology and problem-solving, and she quickly gained valuable experience in the IT and business solutions space. Her career took a significant leap when she embraced Salesforce, becoming an indispensable asset to businesses across various industries. Talyta is known for her ability to deeply understand client needs, which allows her to design and implement Salesforce solutions that are effective, sustainable, and scalable.

Outside of Salesforce, Talyta dedicates her time to teaching English to non-native speakers, reflecting her passion for communication and education. Her ability to simplify complex concepts extends beyond the technical realm, and her commitment to mentorship showcases her desire to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Talyta holds 8 Salesforce Certifications and is a Trailhead Double Star Ranger.

Steven Irby

Salesforce Administrator – Birmingham (AL), United States

Divya Jami

Salesforce Developer & Administrator – Carlow, Ireland

Divya is a seasoned Salesforce professional with over eight years of IT experience, specializing in customization and development. Her technical proficiency spans Lightning Web Components, Apex, and agile methodologies, allowing her to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.
